"My Black Mini Dress" with Yoon Eun-hye, Park Han-byeol, Cha Ye-ryeon and Yoo In-na will be released on the 24th of March.

Distributor CJ Entertainment confirmed the release date and revealed the primary posters on the 16th.

"My Black Mini Dress" is based on a novel by Kim Min-seo-I which is the final nominee for the 5th World Culture Awards.

The primary poster emphasizes the "Black Mini Dress" which symbolizes a woman's life in her 20s by styling up the dress for different occasions like a graduation, a wedding, a funeral and a coming-of-age ceremony.

"My Black Mini Dress" is about women in their 20s who must have a black mini dress in their closets and their honest stories through attractive characters and is supposed to identify with women in that age range today.

This movie is directed by Heo In-moo from "Bridal Studies" and "Herb".

Choi Ji-woo to come back with "Medical College"

Choi Ji-woo is about to set out on a Korea-Japan home theater trawl.

A person in the outsourcing productions said in an interview with Sports Korea on the 24th, "Choi Ji-woo was satisfied after reading the synopsis for "Medical College". The drama is going to start shooting as soon as we adjust some minor schedules and complete the lead male cast".

Choi Ji-woo is known for choosing her projects carefully. The fact that she agreed to appear in the drama by only looking at the synopsis when the male lead hasn't been decided yet is unconventional. According to a person in the productions, "Medical College" is a mellow drama about the many things that happen in a medial college. Choi Ji-woo is about to meet viewers through the screen after two years since her last SBS drama "Celebrity's Sweetheart" in 2009.

Previously, Choi Ji-woo made a friendly appearance in the new TBS drama "Winter Blossoms" in which a member of the Japanese group SMAP, Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, is the lead role.

Choi Ji-woo to Make Guest Appearance in Japanese Drama

Hallyu star actress Choi Ji-woo will appear in a Japanese TV drama after a five-year break. Major entertainment newspapers including Nikkan Sports reported on January 9 that the star actress Choi Ji-woo would make a guest appearance in TBS's new drama "Winter Cherry Blossoms", in which a member of the star group SMAP, Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, would appear as the protagonist. The two star actors had seen each other when they had appeared on the famous entertainment program "SMAP×SMAP" together, but it will be the first time that these two actors will work together in a drama.

Ji-woo will appear in a Japanese TV drama after a five-year break since her appearance in TBS's drama "Rondo" in 2006. Choi Ji-woo reportedly willingly decided to appear in the drama because the actor Kusanagi Tsuyoshi would play the protagonist, and she read the entire script in Japanese. She said, "I felt nervous because I had to act while speaking in Japanese in front the camera after a long break".

The drama "Winter Cherry Blossoms", which will begin airing from January 16 every Sunday night at 9:00 pm on TBS, is about a love story between a man named Inaba Yu (Kusanagi Tsuyoshi), who HAS NEVER BEEN in love before, and a woman named Ishikawa Monami (Imai Miki), who has lost her memory because of an accident. Choi Ji-woo will appear from the first to the third episode by playing a woman whom the actor Kusanagi Tsuyoshi meets by chance.

Lee Yo-won confirms double role in "49 days"

Actress Lee Yo-won will return to screens after a year and 4 months of absence.

Her company revealed on the 13th, "Lee Yo-won will be acting a double role on the drama "49 Days"."

She is expected to play being possessed by the souls of Song Yee-kyeong and Shin Ji-hyeon in "49 Days".

Yoon Eun Hye Joins Romance Korean Drama "Love Song"...

It was heard that the 1996 smash-hit romance Chinese movie ‘Comrades, Almost a Love Story’ is going to be re-made into Korean drama version, entitled ‘Love Song’. Korean actor Park Yong Ha has been confirmed to play the male lead in the drama. Now, the popular Korean actress Yoon Eun Hye has been recently cast for its female lead.

Yoon portrays a hard-working woman named Yoo Chae Hwa, who comes to live in Korea from China. Chae Hwa is a pure and innocent woman who never forgets her love for one man.

This Korean drama version has attracted the interest of people from beginning. According to production company Verdi Media, Hollywood studio Warner Bros, which owns the rights to ‘Comrades’, has already expressed interest to buy the U.S. and Chinese broadcast rights for the drama. The drama’s production company is currently in the progress of negotiating licensing rights to 11 Asian countries, and also arranging overseas location shoots.

The filming of ‘Love Song’ will start in August  and plans to air in the end of the year.

Yoon Eun-hye will be making her first big screen comeback in four years as the female lead in an upcoming movie.

Press release from the film’s distributor CJEntertainment on Tuesday announced that Yoon will play the role of main female character Yoo-min in the movie tentatively titled “My Black Mini-dress.”

“My Black Mini-dress,” helmed by director Heo In-moo, is about the honest and vivacious lives of four women in their twenties. The movie also stars Korean actress Park Han-byul, Cha Ye-ryun, Yoo In-na and U-Kiss member Dongho.

Yoon Eun-hye made her debut as a member in the girl group Baby VOX in 1997. She has appeared in numerous variety shows and entertainment programs after leaving the group in 2005.

She rose to stardom in Korea and throughout Asia after starring in the smash hit TV series “The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince” alongside actor Gong Yoo and in “My Fair Lady” with Yoon Sang-hyun.
